Research Interests

I'm working on a project on increasing food access for low income population through online grocery delivery. In specific, our focus lied on the food access for residents of urban food deserts of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. We plan to understand the the demographic characteristics and needs of residents of these food deserts, and develop a plan to increase food access through industrial collaboration.
