Biography

Tianyi Li is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Transportation Cyber-Physical Systems Lab at the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining UMN, Mr. Li received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and his M.S. degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Washington. Tianyi Li is a recipient of the Dwight David Eisenhower Graduate Fellowship (2021-2024) from the Federal Highway Administration, and the Hsiao Shaw-Lundquist Fellowship from the University of Minnesota. His research interests include Transportation-Cyber-Physical systems (T-CPS), machine learning with transportation priors, sustainable urban mobility, and transportation-related safety.
