Broadly, I am interested in using statistics to advance public health. While I'm still exploring and figuring out what specific area I am most interested in, I do know that I'm interested in utilizing statistical methods to help develop effective public health interventions, to identify new treatments for diseases, and to help address health inequities. Currently, I am a diversity fellow with ISRDI where I'm hoping to further explore these interests.
My name is Tanvi (she/her/hers) and I am a PhD student in Biostatistics in the School of Public Health. I am interested in applying biostatistics to areas of health equity research and I'm excited to learn more about health equity research and different applications of biostatistics as I continue to refine my research interests.
