Biography
Maggie Mangas, MPH is a PhD student in Health Services Research, Policy & Administration and a graduate assistant at the University of Minnesota's Rural Health Research Center. She holds an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research examines perinatal healthcare and ways in which systems of care can be improved.
