Lesley Schmidt is the Research Development Manager at ISRDI who manages grant development programs, provides individual support for principal investigators, oversees ISRDI proposal submission systems, and coordinates pre-award and post-award services.
Lesley completed her Master of Public Health in Public Health Administration & Policy at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and has a strong background in research administration, project management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Before joining ISRDI, Lesley worked in the School of Public Health, Office of Sponsored Projects Administration, and most recently, the College of Veterinary Medicine in roles supporting faculty and staff development, coordinating grant submissions, and leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
