Research Interests

In my dissertation, I work with Brazilian census and electoral data, investigating geographical patterns of religious transition and its potential association with the election of evangelical politicians at the local level in the country.

Biography

I am a Political Science Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the University of Minnesota, Twins Cities. My majors are comparative politics and methods. I have 5+ years of research experience, working with several complex data collection, cleansing and modeling, varying from cross-national aggregated to individual level data, text mining and sentiment analysis and GIS modeling.
