Biography

I am a development practitioner with a strong academic background in public policy and hands-on experience in research, data analysis, and equity-focused evaluation;

In my academic and professional journey, I have consistently focused on developing and shaping impactful research questions, particularly those that address disparities and promote social justice. I have experience collecting and analyzing data using tools like STATA and visualizing it with Microsoft Excel, R, Tableau, Illustrator, and C++. I am confident in my ability to identify biases and evaluate the validity of data sources, clean the data, record it, and analyze the Bivariant and Multi variant regression. I have gathered in-depth knowledge with the course Statistics for Policy Analysis and Econometrics for Public Policy, Data Visualization and Development Planning, and Policy Analysis. My data approach is rigorous and reflective, always considering context, community voices, and equity implications.

I also acknowledge the significance of translating complex technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives that can inspire change. Whether crafting or presenting reports to stakeholders, I prioritize clarity, accessibility, and impact. The courses I completed include Microeconomics for Policy Analysis, Dynamics of Public Affairs, Introduction to Policy Analysis, and Introduction to Financial Analysis and Management.

In my 10 years of experience, I have fostered collaborative teamwork, professional autonomy, and responsibility, enhancing my written and oral communication skills. Working in the public sector allowed me to gain expertise in office technology and software (Google Workspace), leading to a commitment to professional development, particularly in evaluating government projects. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical and electronic engineering, providing a solid foundation in mathematical analysis skills.
