Biography
My primary areas of research and practice is in restorative justice, intimate partner violence interventions, and conflict management. I currently serve as the Director of Restorative Programming at St. Croix Valley Restorative Services and as a Research Associate and Trainer with the Center for Restorative Justice & Peacemaking. I also teach as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Minnesota and work as a Senior UX Researcher at gotomedia, leading mixed-methods research projects across healthcare, technology, and public sector industries.
