Research Interests
My research interests include include human capital accumulation, labor market institutions, and non-wage amenities. IPUMS data is the workhorse of many of my independent research projects, including a recent project analyzing the effects of occupational licensure on intraoccupational racial wealth gaps and racial composition on occupations. I am currently (as of Spring 2024) a graduate research assistant on the Occupational Licensing Law Research Project, which is collecting and codifying legal data on state-level occupational licensing law requirements.
