Research Interests

My research focuses on urban policy and inequality, with particular interest in how public policies shape development outcomes and access to housing in metropolitan areas like Minneapolis. I am currently contributing to a project examining barriers to condominium development, commercial vacancies (particularly in Uptown), unfair rental schemes, and algorithmic pricing. Originally from Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, I have also researched territorial development, open government, and innovation policy in South America. These topics connect with MPC and LCC’s work on population well-being, policy analysis, and the social implications of institutional frameworks.
