Biography
Chrystian Pereira, Pharm.D., is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in the department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems. He is the Director for Interprofessional Education at the College of Pharmacy and a faculty member at Smiley’s Family Medicine Residency where he both practices as a clinical pharmacist and trains several different types of learners. Dr. Pereira is a faculty member with the Center for Interprofessional Health since it was established in 2021.
