Biography
Asmod Khakurel is a PhD student in Public Affairs at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, where he works with Brigitte Seim. Before beginning the PhD, he earned a BA in Mathematics with a concentration in Scientific Computing from Kenyon College and co-founded a technology company.
