Research Interests
My research interests lie in the overarching topic of gender and health in developing economies. I want to mainly focus on women’s health and women’s welfare in lower- and middle-income countries. My previous work has looked at menstrual hygiene practices and young women's welfare in Western Africa. I am currently interested in working on topics related to fertility and maternal health in developing countries, specifically Sub-Saharan Africa.
