I joined the MPC in February 2014 as an Administrative Specialist and am currently our Human Resources (HR) Generalist and Diversity Fellowship Founder and Coordinator. I am firmly committed to the work of diversity and inclusion and strive to make it a part of my everyday work. My job involves the full employee life-cycle from recruiting to development, conflict resolution to payroll, performance management and retention. I love working with employees to help coordinate leaves and work through other concerns, working with managers to resolve personnel concerns, and working with search committees to ensure we hire the best and brightest talent. My education includes a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and a master's degree from Saint Catherine University.
