Healthcare access and health disparities; Reproductive health; Substance abuse and mental health; Immigrant health

I am an Epidemiology PhD student interested in health disparities and geographic variation in substance abuse and mental health over the life course. I am interested in the intersection of substance abuse and associated mental health disorders on communities and the family structure.

I joined the MPC as a predoctoral trainee in the Population Studies Graduate Training Program in the fall of 2017. My overlapping interests in demography and epidemiology align with the population health, systems, reproductive and aging research areas at the MPC.
